Obituary of Viola Grace Langdon

Passed peacefully away on January 1, 2023, after an extended stay at Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Centre, Botwood, Viola Grace Langdon was 92 years old. She is predeceased by her parents Walter and Fanny Jeans. husband Morley, her brothers Millard (Gwen),  Clayton (Marion), George (Lillian), William (Neta), Boyce (Zelda), sisters Doris (Joshua), Mary (Eric), June (Charlie), Glennie Mae (lost to childhood illness), Marion (Winston), and her brother-In-law Harry; her sons Gilvey and Ricky and her grandson Jason.  

She leaves to mourn her sons Robert (Carol), Nelson (Colleen), Bradford (Lynette), David (Brenda), Terrence (Debbie) and daughters Sandra (Jim), Marilyn (Bob), Glenda, Lisa (Trevor), her sister Rose (Harry), daughters in law Marilyn Langdon, Cindy Langdon and a large number of grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Grace was born In Bishop's Falls where she met her future husband. They were married on February 17th, 1947 and together raised 11 children.

She was a devoted member of the Jubilee Pentecostal Church in Botwood.

Pallbearers will be her sons Nelson, David, Brad, Terry Langdon, grandsons Michael and Mark Rideout.
