
Obituary of Bruce James Pardy
“Those we love can never be more than a thought away, for as long as there’s a memory, they live in our hearts to stay.”
It is with heavy hearts that the family of the late Bruce James Pardy announce his sudden passing. Bruce passed away at the Central NL Regional Health Center, Grand Falls-Windsor NL, on Thursday, December 29th, 2022 at the age of 64 years.
Bruce was predeceased by his parents, Edgar and Edith Pardy, Precious Twin Baby Boys, Barry Giles (Nephew), Lily Giles (Sister), Willie Gray (Brother in Law), Randolph Pardy (Brother) and Brian Ledrew (Nephew).
He is survived by his loving wife Virtue Pardy. Whom he shared 42 years of marriage with. Together they raised two sons, Adam (Angelica) and Gregory. He was so very proud of both of his boys. He had three amazing grandchild that were the apple of his eye. If you had a chance to have a chat with him, he would share stories of his grandchildren and you had no doubt how much they meant to him. Drew, Olivia and Noah were his world. Every opportunity he had to share with them, he was sure to make the most of it.
Left to mourn with fond memories are, immediate family, Josie Pardy (Tony), Audrey Pardy, Betty Ledrew (Nelson), Micheal Giles, Ivy Gray, Phyllis Noseworthy (Shawn), Elvis Pardy (Kathy), Mona Corbett (Bill), Marlene Gray (John), In Laws, Maisie Snow, Diana Starkes (Allan), Lois Nichol (Llewellyn), Doris Ivany (David), Marcella Williams (Robert), Shirley Noseworthy, Colleen Mills, Annette Bonneau (Roland) and Jennifer Noseworthy. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Bruce loved to spend his time in the great outdoors. Whether it be on the banks of the Exploits River during Salmon season or in the woods during hunting season. He was a great outdoorsman. He enjoyed teaching the younger generation how to catch that perfect salmon or call that big old moose out to the clearing. These will be cherished memories that will be held onto dearly for a lifetime for everyone that had the priveledge to be his fishing/hunting buddy.
Bruce will be forever loved and greatly missed by all those who knew him.
