Sending my thoughts and prayers to all of you ! What memories of growing up on Earle Street and always a crowd of kids.
Your mom’s smile was second to none!
As you reflect on many great days and events of the past( and for sure there were lots) think about the great reunion planned in heaven!
She’s already there, pain free, at peace and likely checking out neighbours and friends!
Take comfort in that thought

Rest in peace Rose, I'll never forget the joy I felt opening up the yearly Christmas box from Newfoundland and seeing the socks you knit for us. I'll treasure them now more than ever.
I will always remember Aunt Rose for her caring and compassion for others.
To the Drover family,
I'm so sorry to hear that nan, known to the Winsor kids as 'nanny Drover' has passed away. She is part of my earliest memories and I'm so thankful she was in my life. One of the highlights of my visits to Newfoundland, after leaving home, has always been visiting nan. She was a second grandmother to me and always made me feel loved and cherished. She had a heart big enough to love her family and add a few extra's in as well :) She is one of the best people I have ever known.
A kind and welcoming person never gets forgotten. Mrs Drover was one of those persons. That's why the fond memories of our visits to her home will forever be remembered. Rose had an amazing personality. To the Drover family, we are so sorry for your loss. Rest in peace Mrs. Drover.

My condolences to the Drover family on the passing of your mom this week. As I watched the memorial video, I was brought back to my earlier days of growing up on Earle Street on 'the other side of the fence'.
As the video played through, I was captivated by your mom's smile (a smile, and sometimes a wave) that I am going to miss as I walk past that front window at Hollett's.
Finally, the word that resonated with me was strength.... a woman of strength and resilience.
No doubt your mom will be missed, but rest easy in the fact that she has taken her last trip and is at peace in her heavenly home. Maybe we can even imagine that her and mom are catching up 'over the fence'!

So very sorry to hear of the passing of a beautiful woman. I remember her well from my younger years. I had a few conversations with her at Holletts. She loved to sit in front of the window watching everyone coming and going. I missed seeing her there after she got sick. Cherish your memories together. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. She's gone home to be with Jesus!

If Roses Grow in Heaven – By Dolores M. Garcia
If roses grow in heaven, Lord, please pick a bunch for me, Place them in my mother's arms and tell her they're from me. Tell her I
love her and miss her, and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for a while. Because remembering
her is easy, I do it every day, but there's an ache within my heart that will never go away.
My deepest condolences to the family , she was a sweet lady. May She Rest In Peace
