
Obituary of Julia Florence Harnum
Julia was born October 23, 1936 to parents Charolette and Harry Wells. Julia grew up in Botwood and was an active member of The Salvation Army where as a child she was enrolled as a junior soldier and later was enrolled as a senior soldier. After meeting Harry Harnum and becoming wed on April 20, 1953, Julia and Harry started their beautiful family of 4 boys and 2 girls – Harry Jr., Hedley, Gary, Beverley, Craig, and Cathy. Julia became an active and faithful member of the Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle in Bishop’s Falls where she fulfilled many roles, one of her favorites being a member of the church choir. Julia touched many lives in her 85 years & service to her Lord and Saviour.
Julia is predeceased by her parents Harry and Charolette Wells; brothers Kenneth, Bert, and Maxwell Wells; sister Beatrice; as well as the love of her life, her husband Harry Harnum Sr. Left to mourn with many loving memories are her children Harry Jr., Hedley (Tammy), Gary (Helen), Beverley (John), Craig (Sandee), Cathy (Audie); grandchildren Sherri-Lynn, Susan, Stephen, Kaila, Jessica, Joslyn, Tyler; great-grandchildren Christopher, Cody, Cameron, Connor, Mikalea, Isabella, Taylor, Grady, Weston, Amber; sisters Sandra, Rowena, Marie, Bernice; and a number of nephews, nieces, and her grand fur babies whom she adored.
Well done thy good and faithful servant. Rest with your Saviour.
