Obituary of Brian David Langdon
It is with profound sadness that the family of Brian Langdon announce his sudden and unexpected passing at home in Peterview on January 15, 2022 at 53 years of age.
Brian is predeceased by his parents David and Madonna Langdon. Left to mourn with fond, loving and often funny memories are his wife Tina (Taylor), daughter Cassandra, brother Chad (Danielle), Nephews Jonathan, Brady, and Brandon, Airk and William, and nieces Maggie and Megan, and Great Niece Audrianna, many uncles, aunts, cousins, friends and his in-law’s, Duke and Bonnie Taylor.
Brian worked for many years in the heating and air condition trades as an installer and spent the last 15+ years working as the installations manager of United Thermo Group in Woodbridge, Ontario.
Brian loved riding his motorcycle and spent most of his off-time riding and taking pictures of his journeys. In early 2019, Brian decided to try his artistic hand at leather work, which he excelled at and became a huge success from coast to coast in Canada. From bookmarks, journals, wallets, knife sheaths, to accessories for his motorcycle and even memorabilia for military personnel, he tried to make it all.
In July 2021, Brian and his wife Tina took the chance on moving back to Newfoundland from Ontario. Less than a month after arriving, Brian lost his beloved mother Madonna, whom he couldn’t wait to come home and spend much needed family time with.
Brian has made the most of his time since returning home. From working beside his brother Chad at many different projects, cutting wood and doing home renovations with his Father-in-law, Duke, and making weekend trips to the cabin with family, Brian had been making the most of and thoroughly enjoying his return to Newfoundland.
Brian, you were taken too soon, but your memory will live on in the lives of all who love you!
Thank you to the paramedics and the staff of the emergency department at Central Health in Grand Falls-Windsor for your kindness and compassion at our time of great need.
Donations may be made in memory of Brian to the Heart and Stroke foundation.
