Passed peacefully away after a brief illness on September 17, 2021, Sterling J. Woodworth at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Center, Grand Falls-Windsor. He was 72 years of age. He was predeceased by his wife Audrey Ward; parents Noah and Olive (Rice) Woodworth.
Sterling was a kind and caring person who loved to keep in contact with family and friends-usually on a weekly basis and loved having them visit.
Sterling also loved the outdoors and everything about boats and motors. He loved “going out the bay” and was happy to take anyone with him who was interested and show them where to find the best mussels, scallops and cod areas.
He leaves to mourn his sister Zelda (Meryl) Warford; nephew Michael (Guida) Warford; niece Tanya (James) Brown; great nieces Mary, Olivia, Bridget; great nephew Thomas; Aunt Geraldine Regular and a large circle of other relatives and friends.
Thank you to the Killick Retirement Home and Staff for their kindness and care during his stay.
