Obituary of Cory Kevin Murray

It is with profound sadness we announce the sudden passing of Cory Murray, on August 27, 2021.  Cory passed away in his home in Peterview with his wife by his side.   He was 42 years of age. Cory worked with the Central Residential Services Board and was a Nape member. 

Cory was the most loving and devoted husband; an upstanding father and the most loyal friend. He loved the outdoors and his cabin so very much.  He had a passion for fishing and riding anything with a motor.  He chased the thrill of a good deal and friends would ask him advice before buying anything.  He was the kind of friend that you knew would be there for you no matter what. Cory was such a family man and loved his wife and son more than anything in the world.  He also was a huge dog lover and his dog Kane will miss him so very much.

He is predeceased by his father John Murray.  He leaves to mourn his wife Sioban Murray; son Tyson Murray; mom Lorretta Murray; parents-in-law Gary Woolridge and Cynthia Baker; brothers Anthony Stockley and Johnny Murray and numerous other relatives and friends.

Cory will be missed by so many and never forgotten.

A celebration of Cory’s life will be held at a later date.
