Obituary of Bonnie Mary Gushue

Passed peacefully away on Monday, June 3rd, 2019 at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Bonnie Mary Gushue, at the age of 63 years. Bonnie was an employee of Buchans Home Hardware for many years, and was also a member of St. John The Divine Anglican Church in Buchans, and many local card clubs.  She was born in Little Bay Islands and moved to Buchans when she was twelve years old. In Buchans, she met her late husband, Max, whom she married on November 1st, 1975. Together, they had two children, Corey and Jenna. Bonnie was predeceased by Max in 1998. May they now both rest with eternal love.

Predeceased by her husband, Maxwell; father, Hubert Roberts; and sister, Eileen Kirby. She leaves to mourn her son, Corey (Lisa); and daughter, Jenna (Stacey Stuckey). Also left to mourn her mother, Clem Roberts; sister, Marjorie (Bill) Wilcox; two grandchildren, Zander and Zoey Gushue; as well as many other relatives and treasured friends. Rev. Joan Antle will conduct the funeral service from St. John The Divine Anglican Church on Saturday, June 8th, 2019 at 2pm. Visitation will also take place from St. John The Divine Anglican Church on Friday, June 7th, 2019 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Hoskins Funeral Home in Grand Falls-Windsor.
