Obituary of Harvey Chesley Bailey

Passed peacefully away at the C.N.R.H.C. Mr. Harvey Chesley Bailey of Grand Falls-Windsor. He was 95 years of age.  Mr. Bailey retired from the Abitibi Price paper Mill and was a member of Local 63.  He is pre-deceased by his wife Alma (Rideout); parents Thomas and Matilda Bailey; brothers, Lewis, Maclcolm, Wilfred; and step-sister, Eliza Pike. Left to mourn are son, Roy (Valerie); daughters, Gloria (Bill) Snow, Ruth Bailey, and Paula (Ken) Tubrett; brothers, Robert and Junior Bailey; step-sister, Jean Frymark; five grandchildren, Noreen (Peter Stright), Chad (Claudette Sansome), Carolyn (Shane Mitchell), Karen (Chad Strickland), and Cameron; ten great-grandchildren, Shealyn, Autum, Anthony, Emma, Penelope, Norman, Alishia, Kori-lynn, Sara, and Natalie, as well as a circle of other relatives and friends. Pastor Robert Parsons will conduct the funeral service on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 2pm from Windsor Pentecostal Church. Interment will follow at Windsor Pentecostal Cemetery. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Hoskins Funeral Home in Grand Falls-Windsor. Pallbearers are Chad Bailey, Bill Snow, Ken Tubrett, Peter Stright, Shane Mitchell, and Anthony Stright. Honorary pallbearer is Junior Bailey.
