Cathy and I share your grief and sadness in the passing of Aunt Myrtle. I have many fond childhood memories of your home and, of course, the wharf where we spent much of our time, with 'Aunt Myrt" worrying that we would wind up overboard. She was such a sweetheart to me always, even when we were up to no good!
Take care all of you.

What a wonderful time to enter heaven – Easter morning!. I can just imagine the celebration that took place. It was my privilege to provide pastoral care to your mother both at Karwood Retirement Centre and at St. Clare’s Hospital. On those occasions we both shared in the rich presence of the Lord. She was well prepared for the journey as she looked forward to that glad reunion day.
Ruth joins me in the assurance of our prayers both now and in the days ahead should the Lord tarry.

Aunt Myrtle was one of a kind. She was so kind to everyone. Even as a kid growing up I remember staying at the Butlers from time to time. She looked after me just like her own.
Also used to deliver the Evening Telegram as well and always she never just paid me but made sure I had some treat to go with it
Thinking and praying for my cousins and the entire family at this time
RIP aunt Myrte
