Obituary of Julia Feener

Passed peacefully away at the Twomey Center, on Monday, Sept. 11, 2017, Julia Agnes Feener of Point Leamington at the age of 92. She was a member of the Salvation Army Corps in Point Leamington and was involved in the Home League, Songsters, an active Sunday School teacher for years. As well she enjoyed her Tuesday afternoon with the 50 Plus Club. She was predeceased by her parents Henry and Jessie Patey; husband George Feener; son, Baxter Feener; son-in-law Lloyd Warford; brothers: Dave (Lutie), Leonard (Jessie), Peter (Marjorie); sister, Martha (Sam) Earle. She leaves to mourn her daughter, Trudyann Warford and daughter by choice, Bernice Champion. Also left to mourn are her nephew/brother, Harry (Ruth) Patey; two grandchildren: Trenny Burton (Lilly), Colton Warford (Mandy); three great-grandchildren: Samantha Haggett (Tyson), Brandon Burton, Aubree Warford; also two step great-grandchildren Brooke and Laureen and a circle of other relatives and friends. Major Ed Canning will conduct the funeral service at The Salvation Army Citadel, Point Leamington, on Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017 at 2 p.m. with interment at the Salvation Army Cemetery. Pallbearers are grandsons: Trenny, Colton; great grandson Brandon; great grandson-in-law Tyson; great nephew Stephen.
